Appetizer: Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 1/2-3 whole boneless chicken breats cooked, cooled and shredded
2-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 6-8 oz. bottle of hot sauce
tortilla chips

Mix together the cream cheese, ranch dressing, blue cheese and hot sauce. Stir in chicken. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees covered for 60 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.

I have had this dip several times since finding it on the site. My children are not big fans of Blue Cheese so I substituted with Colby-Jack and it was delicious. Excellent to eat and easy to prepare.
